隨著高科技和高技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,晶振成為了電子元器件中必不可缺少的部分,同時(shí)晶振在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域當(dāng)中,也迎來(lái)了許多的機(jī)會(huì),隨著我們對(duì)于晶振產(chǎn)品的重視,也開(kāi)始慢慢細(xì)致了解其的構(gòu)成部分,SMD晶振普遍由石英材質(zhì)或者陶瓷材質(zhì)加上內(nèi)部的晶片組合而成,而晶振的頻率大小取決于晶片的厚度影響。環(huán)保型的石英晶體諧振器旨在持續(xù)創(chuàng)新Q22FA2380026400
首先,在制作工藝來(lái)講,晶片大小以及晶片厚薄與晶振的頻率密切相關(guān),相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō),石英晶振的頻率越高,需要的石英晶片越薄。比如40MHz的石英晶體所需的晶片厚度是41.75微米,這樣的厚度還算可以做到,但100MHz的石英晶體,所需的晶片厚度則是16.7微米。即使厚度可做到但損耗非常高,制作出來(lái)的成品輕輕一跌晶片就碎裂。所以一般在高頻的晶體就要采用三次泛音、五次泛音、七次泛音的技術(shù)來(lái)達(dá)到了。
