EPSON新型24M的石英晶體諧振器優(yōu)化可靠性能X1E000021012416,晶振在應用具體起到的作用,微控制器的時鐘源可以分為兩類:基于機械諧振器件的時鐘源,如貼片晶振、陶瓷諧振槽路;RC(電阻、電容)振蕩器。一種是皮爾斯振蕩器配置,適用于晶振和陶瓷諧振槽路。另一種為簡單的分立RC振蕩器。基于晶振與陶瓷諧振槽路的振蕩器通常能提供非常高的初始精度和較低的溫度系數(shù)。RC振蕩器能夠快速啟動,成本也比較低,但通常在整個溫度和工作電源電壓范圍內(nèi)精度較差,會在標稱輸出頻率的5%至50%范圍內(nèi)變化。但其性能受環(huán)境條件和電路元件選擇的影響。需認真對待振蕩器電路的元件選擇和線路板布局。在使用時,陶瓷諧振槽路和相應的負載電容必須根據(jù)特定的邏輯系列進行優(yōu)化。
